Kodilinye Ogonna Ojukwu, (JD, FICMC), fondly called Kodi, is a 1990 graduate of Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and called to the Nigerian Bar, in December 1991. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators; A Graduate of the Coursework of United States Public Affairs and Intellectual Law; and an Associate of the Copyright Society of Nigeria. Seasoned and skilled in Corporate and General Negotiation; Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration. With portfolio of closing significant Real Estate transactions across 3 continents. Advises Startups/Emerging Businesses and is a frequent public speaker. He is also, a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and the State of Maryland, USA.
He worked with Ikechukwu Obiora & Co.; Wole Olufon & Co.; and as a Senior Counsel at Ola Olanipekun, SAN & Co, (Prime Chambers). Subsequently co-founding M/s. Ojukwu & Obienu (Immanuel Chambers) a Law Partnership, now with offices in Abuja, Lagos, Nnewi, Washington, DC, and Dubai, UAE. He also worked for the International Organization for Humanitarian Services, Inc, Maryland, USA.

Kodi's non-profit services include: being a foundational and Executive Committee Member of the Christian Lawyers Fellowship Of Nigeria (CLASFON), Abuja Branch, becoming the Branch Chairman and later the National Vice President; also an Executive Member of Advocates International Virginia, USA; and Executive Member, Advocates Africa. In the past 25 years, Kodi has pioneered/formed over 30 Chapters of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International, (FGBMFI), and has been a leader in the various countries of his residences: Nigeria, USA, and UAE. Presently, he is a Life Member and National Director of FGBMFI, UAE; and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ancient Landmarks Global Organization, Ltd/Gte.
Laurels received in the course of his career include a Certificate of Merit from the United States Public Affairs Department; a Certificate of Merit from the Copyright Society of Nigeria; and a Certificate of Achievement from Advocates International, Virginia, USA.
Kodi belongs to various professional bodies, including the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA); the International Bar Association; Otu Oka Iwu; the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

Kodi is a prolific writer and has published six fiction thrillers, including GREATER THINGS, TENACIOUS, AND …THAT SEEMS RIGHT.

He is married to Blessing, and they have three adult children, Blossom, David, and Johannes.
Uche brings extensive commercial law practice, corporate governance, fiscal, investments, and public service experience of over 30 years to the Firm. Called to the Nigerian bar and enrolled with the Supreme Court of Nigeria, in 1992. He started law practice as pupil Counsel with Gani Fawehinmi (SAN) Law Chambers, while also doubling as Assistant Editorial Counsel with Nigerian Law Publications Ltd (Publishers of Nigerian Weekly Law Reports, and Supreme Court of Nigeria Law Reports, among others).
Before joining the Firm, he worked as a Senior Legal Officer with Niger Insurance PLC, where he gained extensive blue-chip commercial, corporate, investments, and leadership experience; consulted in the review of the Insurance Decree (Now, Act) birthing the Pension Reform Act 2004; he also worked as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Meadows International Shipping & Freight Company Ltd Apapa, Lagos.
Uche also served the Nation in various capacities: first as a Commissioner in Ebonyi State Judicial Service Commission between 2003 and 2013; a Government resource person to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) to review the draft Federal Inland Revenue Service (Establishment) Bill (2006), prior to its enactment as Act of Parliament in 2007; at various times, retained by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in rendering presentations and advising on Modeling, Matrix And Seminar papers on “Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax Provisions and Regulations: Legal Perspective and Application in the Petroleum industry”; consulted for the articulation, drafting, and support for the enactment of Public Procurement Laws and Fiscal Responsibility Laws and the attendant reforms for Bauchi and Kaduna States.
An avid reader, researcher, and public speaker; between 2014 & 2018 was a private tutor with law students of the National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. He tutored Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Labour Law, Law of Commercial Transactions, Law of Contract, Law of Tort, Law of Evidence, Administrative Law, Banking & Insurance Law, and Criminology.
At various times, Uche has served non-profit organizations to help make a more meaningful difference to people in need in our community, as Community Service Director and Executive Secretary, variously, with Rotary Club of Lagos Metropolitan, District 9110 (1995 - 1999).
Uche earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESUT Business School, Enugu; a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria (FCTI). Also, member of various professional bodies locally & internationally, including the Nigerian Bar Association; the International Bar Association, London, UK; Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria and the National Institute of Marketing, Nigeria.
Uche likes aerobics and running to keep fit.
Ogbenyealu Egelamba graduated with LL.B degree from Abia State University Uturu, Nigeria, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013.
Has since her call to the Nigerian bar been in active practice in all levels of Court in Nigeria. A litigation specialist.
Ogbenyealu is also a researcher per excellence, and advises clients in various areas of the law, particularly on litigation options, conveyance, environmental protections, and human rights. She is also versed in corporate law practice, banking and mergers and acquisitions.
Ogbenyealu is married with adorable children.

Emma teaches Criminal Law, and Family Law, part-time, at the National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. This ambitious and aggressive young attorney works in the Litigation Department since he joined the Immanuel Chambers; defending lots of criminal and civil matters in all levels of Courts in Nigeria.
